Tissue Embedding System BHTP-602

The Embedding center is composed of two modules, main console and Cryo Console. It is
independent design, can put the position left-to-right or right-to-left, to meet different habits of
customers. The large working surface allows user processing many samples at the same time. The temperature and work start time can be settable through the control panel.
1. The machine adopts fully automatic program control, and can preset an automatic start time of 7 days.
2. The wax bath adopts overheating protection, safe and reliable, filtering design, effectively
avoiding paraffin blockage, large capacity, and can meet the embedding of 250 tissues at a time.
3. With sensitive micro switch and foot switch for operator to choose.
4. It has a unique design of the embedded upper-level lighting system, with enough brightness to determine the position of the small tissue package.
5. This machine has 5 independent temperature control systems, among which the temperature
control of wax tank, wax nozzle, workbench, storage tank and tweezers block can be adjusted
arbitrarily within the range of 0~99°C.
6. With automatic power-on function, different power-on time can be set every day.
7. Paraffin recovery design, high performance solenoid valve control.
8. It adopts split design, embedding machine and cold table can be combined at will.

Cryo Console:
1. It is composed of a compressor cooled work surface held to chill the paraffin blocks rapidly.
2. The Teflon coated surface allows a minimum ice formation and easy cleaning.
3. It can be used as a stand alone unit near the microtome station.
