3. Installation Instructions
1.Unpack the instrument carefully and place the instrument on a stable, clean, non-slip and fireproof surface.
2.Ensure good working environment free of any combustible media or flammable materials to avoid additional hazards.
3.Place the shaker at >10cm distance from the wall and other units if using multiple units together.
4.Ensure that there is no accidental spillage during speed setting.
5.Do not use any combustible media or flammable materials to avoid any additional hazards.
6.Ensure that the label indicated the correct voltage before connecting the unit to power supply.
7.Do not operate the unit with a damaged power cord.
8.Disable the power supply while fitting the accessories.
9.Ensure that the unit and its accessories are in good working condition before each operation.
10.The instrument feet height can be adjusted to make sure its stable running.
4. Operating procedure
1.Switch power ON and the instrument starts to self-check.
2.When initialization is over, LCD displays the last running values of speed.
3.Rotate the speed and time control knob to set target speed and time.
4.Press both adjustment knobs to start shaking.
5.When the timer reaches zero, the unit will be automatically halted.
5. Troubleshooting
1.When switched ON, the instrument does not work
◼Check whether the power cable is connected.
◼Check whether the fuse is broken.
2.Shaking speed can't reach set value
◼Check whether the load weight exceed the maximum load;
3.When press the timer button, the instrument doesn't work.
◼Check whether the time set value is "0";
