Extraction Principle:
The instrument uses the magnetic bead method for nucleic acid extraction. After the lysis solution lyses the cell tissue sample, the nucleic acid molecules freed from the sample are specifically adsorbed by the magnetic beads, and impurities such as proteins are not adsorbed and remain in the solution. The magnetic beads carrying nucleic acid are adsorbed by
a magnetic rod and moved to different reagent tanks. Through repeated rapid stirring and mixing of the liquid, through the steps of cell lysis, nucleic acid adsorption, washing and elution, pure nucleic acid is finally obtained.

1.Lysising 2.Add magnetic beads 3.Binding 4.Transfer+washing 5.Elution
