High Efficiency Filter Leak Detector is a manual scanning counting leak detector designed according to the requirements of ISO 14644-3 B.6 specification. It is specifically designed for leak detection of air outlet filters. The is easy to use, and the basic purpose of this instrument is to check and measure the concentration of aerosols, achieving online leak detection of filters. The blue LCD screen can monitor the concentration changes at the downstream end in real-time and observe the particle size range (0.3,0.5,1,3,5,10um).
Users only need to input the leakage point count value through the three keys "↑", "↓", and "Scan/Stop" (i.e. "OK") on the handheld display, and during the scanning process, they can obtain information about the leakage point exceeding the standard. Is composed of four parts, with a high flow particle counter as the main body, and a handheld scanning sampling probe, aerosol generator, and diluter used in conjunction.
