- This Bacteria Colony Counter is made of CMOS integrated electric, is a digital displayer for counting the germs, capacity of the counter is from 0 to 999, the button return back to "0" automatically. When error in counter, push the "-" and "+", and the counter will be less or add. With sensor, it's sensitive, incl sound indicator, to ensure the counting is correct. This instrument supply with special pen, enhance the efficiency of the counter, the magnifier can be adjusted to perfect position with flexible arm. The magnification up to 3x, it's easy to compare bacteria, apply to Petri dish from Ø50-Ø150mm.

1. Introduction
The Bacterial colony counter is a digital display for counting the germs, it is made of a counter, pen, counting cell. The counter is made of CMOS integrated electric, LED Nixie tube. The word height is 15mm (6"), it is clear and bright, works in a private use pen, it is sensitive and accurate, and the light source is adjustable.
There are lights in the counting cell, it is clear of colony parallel. It is convenient to observe. Could be adjusted by pressing "▲"or "▼". There is an alarm to ensure counting is correct. The number is 0-999. If I needed to restart, I could press the "reset" key. The magnifier can be adjusted to a suitable position with a flexible arm. The magnification is up to 3X. This equipment could lessen the experimenter's labor intensity, increase the efficiency and quality. It is widely used for bacterial inspection of food, drink, medicine, biological, make-up, health products, water for drink, domestic sewage, and industrial water. 3. The way to use
3.1 Connect the power, open the lamp in the counting cell when the monitor shows"001", insert the sensor and push the "reset" key.
3.2 Put the sample into a culture plate.
3.3 Press the red button on the machine side for opening the light under the counter plate. You can also adjust suitable brightness by screwing the side knob.
3.4 If the brightness of the under light is not enough for observation, just press the button beside the magnifier to open the upper light(Double LED lamp with four 11.6mm button cells supplying power, standard configuration). Do pull out the insulating plastic strip when using the upper light at first time.
3.5 Count the colony in the plate with the sensor one by one. At this time, the colony is colored and buzzer sounds which means the counting is ok. On the monitor, the numbers are added automatically.
3.6 Check with magnifier to ensure the counting is correct.( If error happening when counting by the touching pen, continue the counting by pressing △ or ▽)
3.7 The last number in the monitor is the colony in the plate.
3.8 After the operation, please take out the culture plate. Push the "reset" key and the monitor returns to its original state.
4. Attention
The equipment should be put on the substance, flat surface;
When counting, the pen should not too incline;
The equipment should be moisture proof, no strenuous vibration, insolate proof, acid base corrode, and should use the dust cover after finishing use.
